• LIBOR Adjustable Rate Loan — Enjoy a lending rate that is lower than most banks' prime lending rates.
• Interest Only Loan — Maximize the return on your assets by choosing one of the lowest monthly payments in the industry. Key's Interest Only Loan allows you to save or invest the money you would have normally paid in principal.
• Foreign Flag Registry — Key Recreation Lending will work to facilitate the foreign registration of your luxury yacht. Take advantage of the tax and corporate structures available with foreign flagged vessels.^†
